Before you come to Canada, you'll need to apply for a study permit if you're going to be at university for more than six months. You can't apply for the permit without an acceptance letter from a Canadian university, so you need to know where you're going to study before you can begin this process.
 
Between November 15, 2022, and December 31, 2023, International students are allowed to work more than 20 hours per week, off-campus during regular academic sessions. To be eligible for this public policy, the foreign national's study permit application must have been received by IRCC on or before October 7, 2022.
 
Public schools can range from $9,500 to $17,000 per year. Private or independent day schools can range from $15,000 to $30,000 per year. Private or independent boarding schools can range from $63,000 to $83,000 per year.
A simple answer to your question is NO. You cannot afford tuition fee and daily expenses with a part time job. As a student, you can only work limited hours a week, that too after you get your work permit while studying here.
